WHAT WE DO

3D MODELING

We provide a variety of architectural modelling services to our clients to support them as they plan, develop, and visualise various building projects. We provide a detailed perspective of the actual architectural structure before it is built in our 3D building models.

SEQUENCING

We strive to provide the exact match lines of the sequences to further detail, fabricate, and erect jobs in the right manner. These sequences typically outline the order in which a particular section or sections of the frame will be erected, to further improve the efficiency of the whole process.

ADVANCE BILL OF MATERIAL (ABM)

Fabricators can place material orders while detailing and connection design are ongoing thanks to the advance bill of material. To assist fabricators in organising their material by sequence, we demonstrated ABM reports in a variety of formats (such as KISS/XSR).

EMBEDDED PLANS

Layout complexity has increased along with the complexity of building construction. Our engineers and drafters keep up with industry advances and know how to work on intricate embedded plans to produce excellent results.



CNC, DXF, DSTV, KISS AND FABTROL INTEGRATION

We have the ability to modify electronic files in real-time to meet your fabrication needs thanks to our proficiency in producing formats including CNC, DXF, DSTV, and KISS. These may be readily connected to your patrol system and customised for cutting plates, drilling holes, and many other tasks.

ISSUED FOR APPROVAL (IFA)

After we have prepared and reviewed the drawings, we send them to the engineers for approval. The engineers then make note on the corresponding drawings of any missing information or areas that require improvement. Before sending any drawings for approval, we make sure they have been thoroughly reviewed on our end.
